At Dhb, we are committed to ensuring you have the right gear for your performance; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
